👥 Limited Member Roles: Share Spaces in a personalized way
Improve Workspace access with two new roles: Limited Members and Read-Only Limited Members.
- Limited Members can be invited to specific Spaces, create Spaces, Folders and Lists without access to all public Spaces, as is the case today with full members.
- Read-Only Limited Members can only view shared items.
- Both parties only have access to content that has been shared with them.
💬 Guests in Chat
Guests can now participate in conversations in ClickUp Chat! Invite customers, contractors, or stakeholders to collaborate directly in shared Channels and locations.
🤖 AI Conversation History, enhanced writing tools, and attachment support
With Ask AI Attachments, you can use AI to ask about images or PDFs. The AI Conversation History lets you resume chats at any time, and the new AI Writing Tools make content creation even easier and more efficient.
🏃♂️ Automatically add tasks to the active Sprint
Ensure that tasks assigned to the team or that reach ‘done’ status are automatically added to the current Sprint. This keeps everything organized without the need for extra clicks.
