ClickUp 4.08 organizes two types of knowledge that often get lost: meeting history and AI Agent configuration. Meetings Hub centralizes searchable notes and recordings, while cloning and templates make Super Agents reusable. The update also improves List grouping and brings ZoomInfo into App Center through MCP.
The goal is to turn previously isolated configurations and records into reusable operational assets.
Release overview
Meetings Hub: notes and recordings in one place
Meetings Hub brings together material from SyncUps, Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. Filters and search help locate a specific meeting, while Brain can retrieve decisions, action items, and topics across multiple meetings. The Hub appears in the Home menu for Workspaces with AI Notetaker access.
Clone Super Agents or turn them into templates
Clone creates an editable copy that preserves instructions, tools, knowledge, and Workspace connections. Templates save and share a configuration that can be deployed in other Workspaces across the organization. The distinction matters: a clone solves an immediate variation, while a template establishes a reusable standard.
A Super Agents section in Home
A dedicated section in the Home sidebar surfaces recent Agents and provides quick access to DMs, profiles, and Agent creation. It appears automatically for people with at least one available Agent, reducing search time and encouraging recurring use.
ZoomInfo in App Center through MCP
ZoomInfo accounts can be connected through App Center MCP Templates. Brain and Super Agents can look up contacts, companies, intent signals, and org charts without leaving ClickUp. The feature requires ZoomInfo SalesOS or Copilot and should follow the organization's commercial-data policies.
Individual grouping in List view
For tasks with multiple assignees, tags, or labels, the one-assignee-per-group option makes the same item appear in each owner's lane. It improves individual visibility without duplicating the source task. The toggle lives in the Group by menu in List view.
Operational impact
| Feature | What changes | Operational impact |
|---|---|---|
| Meetings Hub | Centralizes searchable notes and recordings | Meeting and decision memory |
| Super Agent clone | Creates a customizable copy | Fast team-specific variants |
| Agent Template | Publishes a reusable configuration | Standards across Workspaces |
| ZoomInfo MCP | Lets Brain or Agents query commercial data | Research and enrichment in the flow |
| One assignee per group | Shows multi-assignee tasks in each lane | Individual visibility |
How to adopt it safely
- Set naming, ownership, and retention conventions for meeting notes.
- Use clones for local tests and templates only after Agent instructions are validated.
- Document the version, purpose, and owner of every Super Agent Template.
- Validate legal basis and permissions before exposing ZoomInfo data to Agents.
Release 4.08 makes knowledge and automation more reusable. Meetings stop being scattered files, Agents no longer need to be rebuilt, and external data becomes part of the work flow. Sustainable value depends on treating templates and connections as governed components rather than technical shortcuts.
