Set up Zaps by accessing custom fields from previous steps, select an option to delete a value in a custom field, and search for tasks based on matching custom fields. These improvements let you create more powerful, personalized workflows that better adapt to each team’s specific needs.
App Dashboards for Slack, Salesforce, and Jira
New app dashboards for Slack, Salesforce, and Jira are designed to save time and provide the context you need. Don’t waste time searching through a sea of comments to find the information you need. Now, after posting the first Slack, Salesforce, or Jira link to a task, you can view all associated links and create new objects from the corresponding icon in the task view sidebar. This functionality seamlessly integrates communication and CRM tools with ClickUp, making the experience even more efficient.
