KickOff 2025 TaskUP: A Memorable Start to the New Year with Purpose, Unity and Fire in the Heart

The year 2025 got off to a flying start at TaskUP! Our KickOff was much more than just an alignment event: it was a truly inspiring starting point, full of energy, purpose and connection. We brought our team together for an intense and exciting journey, marked by transformative talks, goal-sharing, moments of relaxation and the announcement of our long-awaited Theme of the Year: 2025, the Year of Fire.

An Event to Inspire and Connect

From the very first minutes of the KickOff, the atmosphere was contagious. The environment was carefully prepared to welcome each employee with warmth - with delicious food, personalized gifts and a vibrant atmosphere that already announced that this was going to be a special day.

The event kicked off with impactful talks aimed at personal and professional development, reinforcing important values such as collaboration, leadership and innovation. We brought in internal guests who shared their experiences, visions of the future and powerful insights into the market, technology and leadership. Each speech was designed to ignite the flame of motivation and purpose in each of us.

Presentation of OKRs: Clarity and Direction

One of the most eagerly awaited moments of the KickOff was the presentation of the OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). With transparency and objectivity, we showed where we are and where we want to go as a team and as an organization. Each team was able to visualize their roles within TaskUP's macro goals, reinforcing the feeling of belonging and the importance of each individual contribution.

Aligning expectations from the start of the year is essential for maintaining focus and cohesion over the months. And in this sense, OKRs serve as a compass, guiding our decisions and efforts so that everyone is moving in the same direction.

Goal Discussion: Open and Collaborative Dialogue

But we didn't stop there. Instead of just presenting top-down goals, we promoted an open and collaborative discussion about the challenges and opportunities of 2025. It was a moment rich in ideas, where everyone was able to give their opinion, question and actively contribute to strategic planning.

This type of collective construction strengthens our culture of active listening and engagement, as well as generating a sense of shared responsibility that is one of TaskUP's pillars.

One of the highlights of the day was the announcement of the Theme of the Year. And for 2025, we couldn't have chosen something more symbolic and powerful: the Year of Fire.

Fire represents energy, transformation, passion and courage. It is the force that drives, illuminates and renews. In 2025, we want every TaskUPer to light their inner flame, put intensity into their projects and be an active agent of change - within the company and in the world around them.

This theme will guide our actions, communications and projects throughout the year, constantly reminding us of the power we have when we put heart, attitude and commitment into everything we do.

Beyond Work: Human Connection

Of course, we also had our moments of relaxation! Delicious food, carefully thought-out gifts and fun dynamics ensured laughter and a good dose of levity throughout the day. We also had a Q&A session, which brought the team leaders even closer together, with total openness to answering questions, listening to suggestions and celebrating achievements.

These moments were fundamental in strengthening our bonds and reminding us that, first and foremost, we are people working with people. The unity we felt at the end of the KickOff was something special - almost palpable.

We left the KickOff with our hearts warmed, our eyes shining and our feet on the ground. We know that 2025 will bring challenges, but also many opportunities for growth.
